1. "I have chosen my sister to make this meal because she really likes this food and I love it too. The plate is a typical meal from my country Catalonia. It's called 'Pà amb tomàquet' that means bread with tomatoes. As you can see in the video, first you have to toast the bread. Then, you cut it and you put some tomatoes on it (you need to press a little bit to make the tomato sauce ''paint'' the whole top of the toast. After this, you put some salt and oil on the bread to make it better and there you have it! My sister decided to make the other toast different from the firts one adding another sauce called ''all i oli''. I think is not a really hard recap so I bet you to do it at home because it tastes really good." -crissanta, Barcelona, Spain

3. Here I am going to explain you how it is the tradition of the caga tió in Cataluña. In Christmas we prepare all the decorative (christmas tree, the manger etc.) but one of the things that we do is the caga tió. Is a celebration in which the little children from 3-12 years old knock the caga tió and they've got presents.
How we do it?
1st step: We prepare all the materials we need.
2nd step: We sing all the family the typical song of the caga tió and the little children in the same time with a stick they knock the trunk.
3rd and final step: When we finish we take out the blanket and under we find some presents with the name of every one of the family. Finally we open it and we enjoy them.
