I have three or four students who are not able to login in to their account. Is there a way for me to access their information? They've lost their password and/or don't remember their login.
We are sorry to hear that a couple of your students are unable to login. Yes, there is. From your own educator account, please go to your “Dashboard” and click on “(view roster)” next to your class’ name. From there, click on "Change Password" under the “Password Reset” column. I have a student who has logged in to Journey 2 recently, but suddenly he is unable to log in at all. We've tried to change his password, but that still isn't allowing us access. I also had him try logging in with his old username (he recently changed it), try logging in with an email address, and try to simply join my class as a new user, but that was unsuccessful in helping him to log in as well. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you for your time!
